Sales Tax Information

Currently, 247Autoline charges sales tax on orders shipping to most states. Orders dropped shipped from a manufacturer in a State other than Washington may be subject to their State’s sales tax. 247Autoline does not collect sales tax in AK, DE, DC, HI, MT and OR. Internet purchases from those states are not exempt from sales or use tax and those states may require purchasers to file a sales or use tax return reporting all purchases for which no tax was collected.

Tax Exempt Orders

Many individuals or organizations qualify to make tax-exempt purchases. If your purchases qualify for exemptions and you have a valid government-issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can assist you. The address on the form must match either your billing or your shipping address used for your order.

If sales tax has been charged on a recent order and you would like to take advantage of your tax-exempt status, please contact Customer Service at (+1) 509-289-4383. To obtain a refund, please send a refund request to sales@247autoline.com, with your order number and tax-exempt documentation (must be provided in order to facilitate a refund for the tax on your order).
