1. Return Policy Overview

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery) to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: The item must be new and unopened, it must be in the original packaging and it must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Easy Returns: Returning items to us is easy and our client support team will assist you.

2. How to Return an Item

  • To request a return, please email sales@247autoline.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and supporting photos or video of the product. Once your request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
  • In-Store Return Method: To ensure the fastest processing of your return, all returns must be completed at our retail location 266 Wellsian Way, Richland, WA 99352, USA from 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday
  • Freight Returns: For large equipment or trailers, you may ship the item back to us via freight. Please contact us at (+1) 509-289-4383/sales@247autoline.com to initiate a return authorization before shipping.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition. After approval, we will promptly process a full refund to your original payment method. A detailed refund receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your original order.

3. Return Fees

  • We believe in a transparent shopping experience:
  • Restocking Fee: There is a 0% restocking fee (No charge).
  • Return Shipping Cost: Since all returns are handled in-store, there are no shipping costs for the customer. If a special circumstance requires a mail-in return, we (the store) will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item in-store, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. EXCHANGES

  • Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem! Reach out to us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at sales@247autoline.com
  • We will need to verify first that it qualifies for an exchange and when approved, we will send out a return shipping label.
